Aussie States: SA - TAS - WA

Part two of my Aussie State-tans artwork series.
The Australian States of South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia.

Compared with NSW, VIC and QLD, it took me more time to decide and finish with these three, especially with their colour designs... Also Western Australia's name...I was completely stomped for a long time since I first created the Australian State-tans. But eventually I stuck with "Bruce" since (besides it being a typical Aussie name) it fits his personality the best.

A few headcannon about them:

<sup>Tasmania spent her first few years as a penal colony in NSW's house and she along with Wilson became very good friends. However, Tarrah left Wilson's house as soon as Tarrah became her own separate penal colony from NSW and they were not manage to keep in touch since. Nowadays, the feeling is mutual between the two.

Tasmania lets out all of her natural beauty whenever she lets her long wavy hair down and does causes other people to be in awe to her beauty. She doesn't like to style her hair and likes it to stay natural. (Her hair is also sometimes a pain to brush).

South Australia is of Aboriginal descent. She was found by German settlers when the colony was founded and was given an education, and her own European name: "Charlotte". She eventually grows up to be wall-mannered and intelligent young lady, and spent much of her early life been taught and learning with her new free settlers in her land. However, consequently she has forgotten her Aboriginal heritage...even her own original name.

Because of Charlotte's personal experiences (look above), she was forced to send away her younger brother; later known as Northern Territory, so that he does not have to go through what she did.

Despite having the closest appearance to Arthur (England) minus the infamous thick eyebrows and plus his stubby. If his hair was combed up standing; Bruce looks like Netherlands!

Bruce may look like a tough (silent) guy but he has a soft side...particularly during the wildflower season and for cute things including black swans (his state bird), bilbies, dolphins and quokkas. Ironically, he hates rabbits.</sup>
